# Where can I find my account number?

# Have you ever needed to find your oxio account number, but didn't know where to look? Don't worry!

## Let's start by saying that account numbers are super important for managing and organizing client information. They help us keep track of all the necessary details related to your account. They come in handy for tasks like:

* Making sure we've got the **right customer** *(it's important!)*
* Keeping track of **payments **and **outstanding balances**
* Handling **service changes**, like upgrades or downgrades
* Generating **bills** to keep everything running smoothly

## Here's a step-by-step guide to finding your account number:

1. Head over to `https://oxio.ca/en/login/` and log in to your account
2. Once you're logged in, you'll land on your account dashboard. Find the **Summary** tab at the top of the page and click on it
3. In the **Summary** section, you'll see various options. Look for **My information** in the middle of the page
4. Under **My information,** you'll find your account number. It's typically a long string of numbers, around 5 digits long
