My TV service is not working, what should I do?

Make sure the internet is working on another device.
❌If not, proceed to a complete network equipment restart

❌ If no, continue to step 3 👇
Ensure your receiver is correctly placed and is not covered by anything. Hot temperature can affect the good behavior of the product.
Try to restart your receiver. Unplug the AC cable, wait 2 minutes then plug it back.
Use a network cable, plug a network cable between your router & your receiver.
Still not working? Please reach out to our support.
