My TV service is not working, what should I do?

If you’re using Wi-Fi with your receiver


☝️oxio TV service is no longer available for new subscriptions.

  • Make sure the internet is working on another device.

❌If not, proceed to a complete network equipment restart

✅ If yes, continue with step 2 👇

  • Is the Uh-oh! Screen only appearing on a specific channel?

✅If yes, please contact our support.

❌ If no, continue to step 3 👇

  • Ensure your receiver is correctly placed and is not covered by anything. Hot temperature can affect the good behavior of the product.

  • Try to restart your receiver. Unplug the AC cable, wait 2 minutes then plug it back.

  • Use a network cable, plug a network cable between your router & your receiver.

  • Still not working? Please reach out to our support.


If you’re using a cable with your your receiver


  • Make sure the internet is working on another device.

❌If no, continue to step 3 👇

  • Is the cable plugged properly ? Cable may have come loose.

  • Ensure your receiver is correctly placed and is not covered by anything. Hot temperature can affect the good behavior of the product.

  • Try to restart your receiver. Unplug the AC cable, wait 2 minutes then plug it back.

  • If you have another network cable available, please try it.

  • Still not working? Please reach out to our support.
