First, you need to determine the model of your router. To do this, simply locate the label on it. There will be a model name, among the following choices:
eero 6

SmartRG SR400ac/SR905acv📝

SmartRG SR516/SR616📝

(📝 These devices are delisted but still functional, however it is no longer possible to obtain them for any new oxio customer)

1️⃣ To access the management console of the eero 6 router:

You need to install the eero app on your smart phone or tablet.
Find the links on this page: https://eero.com/app

👉 The eero app requires iOS 15.0 or Android 7.0 and later, and your device must be Bluetooth 4.0 BLE enabled

Don't have a smart phone or tablet? No problem! Write to our customer service team once the router is connected to the modem. We will give you the information to connect to your WiFi 🙂
⚠️ It is not possible to access eero settings from a computer
