Services are billed in advance every month. All indicated fees must be paid upon receiving your invoice using one of the available payment methods.
To guarantee that all equipment will be sent back to us at the end of a customer’s subscription, it is mandatory to have a credit card associated to all oxio accounts (as per our Terms and Conditions).
All payments must be made within the 21 days of an invoice’s creation to avoid interest fees or cancellation of services.
Credit cards are heavily encouraged, as all payments made that way are instantaneous. If the need ever arises, we can be more efficient and gather more information about an issue if customers use credit cards.
🔗 Here’s how to modify or change a credit card in your account.
Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.
Some Visa Debit cards (issued by a Canadian financial institution) may function. We cannot guarantee they will.
Prepaid credit cards from banks, and also those prepaid bought in stores or online are not accepted.
You can take care of your invoice through Bill Payments with one of these banks.
This is the 2nd most advantageous method for you to pay your monthly bill.
You will need your 5-or-6 digit account number to make a payment. You can find your oxio account number on your invoice, in the left section under your address.
👉If your institution asks you to enter 8 digits, then you will have to add some "0" in front of your client number. For example if your number is 12345, you will have to enter 00012345
The minimum amount required is $ 5. The payment may not apply to the account if it is lower than this amount.
Don’t forget there is a treatment delay of up to 7 business days following the day of your payment. Make your payments on time by planning ahead. An automated confirmation message is sent to you when payment is received from our side.
⚠️ Pay attention! It may take up to 14 business days for the money to be withdrawn from your bank account.
Make sure that the amount is available in your bank account 14 days after receiving the email mentioning the start of the pre-authorized debit.
It is not possible to cancel a payment already in progress. If there are insufficient funds in your bank account at the time of transaction, your bank may charge you an insufficient funds fee (NSF). oxio is not responsible for these charges from your financial institution.
To add pre-authorized payments to your account, log in to your oxio Client Portal. You will be able to add your bank account on the Billing page, under the Payment Methods tab.

👉 Do note that the first payment will always be by credit card directly after you finish the sign up process on our website. The amount billed is then applied as credit to your first invoice (which is created on the day following your activation.)
